The terms under which you may install and play PumpCraft and use our related services.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Licensor grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play the Game for your own private, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. This is a license, not a sale; no ownership of the Game is transferred to you.
Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement or applicable law, you agree that you will not:
The Game and all of its content — including software, code, characters, artwork, logos, music, sound, and the “PumpCraft” name and branding — are owned by the Licensor or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by the Licensor.
The Game lets you create in-game content such as bases, structures, and character configurations (“User Content”). You are responsible for your User Content and your conduct while using the Game. You agree not to create, upload, or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.
By creating or sharing User Content within the Game, you grant the Licensor a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Game.
The Game includes real-time multiplayer features that require an internet connection and access to our or our providers' servers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may set, enforce, and update rules of conduct and fair play, and we may suspend or restrict access to online services to protect the Game and its players.
The Game is under active development and may change over time. We may provide patches, updates, new features, or hotfixes, and we may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We may also schedule maintenance or discontinue online services. We do not guarantee that the Game or its servers will be available at all times or free of interruptions or errors.
If you obtain the Game through a third-party store or platform (for example, the Epic Games Store), your use may also be subject to that platform's terms of service. In the event of a conflict regarding your purchase or download, the applicable platform's terms may govern that transaction. This Agreement governs your use of the Game itself.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Game or its online services if you violate this Agreement or engage in conduct that harms the Game or other players. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies in your possession. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Game. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We only use information you provide to us — such as an email address or a support message — to operate and improve the Game and to respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your personal data. For any privacy request, contact us at support@playpumpcraft2026.fun.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in this Agreement affects mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
